Refund policy

Would you like to return or exchange your order?

You can return your product in exchange for a credit, a replacement product, or a refund from the payment method used for your purchase. Exclusion: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made to order or that are personalized.

You can send the ordered products back to us! But be careful, they must be unused, undamaged, without any trace of wear and tear and in their original packaging.  To make a return or exchange request, here is the procedure to follow: Please first let us know your return wish by writing to us at contact@lacasano.com

The return is then to be sent at your expense to the address below, indicating on plain paper the number of the order concerned as well as your first and last name.
